Starling Arts co-directors Anna and Emily muse on their latest project, There is A Song…

“…This inspired us to write our latest choir piece ‘There Is A Song’. It’s a poignant reflection on the power of music to underscore, punctuate and colour our lives. In it, we sing of the way music accompanies us through the very best and worst of times. It celebrates the joy, relief and comfort songs provide.

‘There is A Song’ will be performed at a concert of the same name on Sunday 4th December at 3pm. It will be sung by members of the Starling Voices North and South, our London-based singing groups. The venue will be the glorious St Gabriel’s Church in Pimlico, where we return for this one-off performance…”

Tickets are now on sale for Starling 10! The event, which takes place on Saturday 4th April 2020 at Cadogan Hall, is a special evening celebrating 10 years of Starling Arts getting groups singing! Featuring a spectacular set list of pop, rock and musical theatre favourites and the premiere of a mini-documentary and music video highlighting the transformative power of group singing, Starling 10 will celebrate the joy of making music with others.

The Starling Arts Flock Return to the London Stage!

Starling Arts are back in 2017 with a new jam, Black and Teal! Word on the street is that it is going to be their best concert yet. 

Following the success of Abracadabra in 2013, the Starling Arts choirs will once again be performing to a packed out audience at the John McIntosh theatre, West London. The aptly named Black and Teal (coined from the famous company colours) takes place on both 7.30pm on Saturday April 1st and 5pm Sunday April 2nd 2017. Fans are already snapping up tickets, which are on sale via the Starling Arts website!
